I’m Jane Wintringham and I help women over 50 years write their Lasting Powers of Attorney.
I visit my Yorkshire clients in their own home, office or even a local cafe at a time that suits them. I also conduct interviews via video if that suits you better. Friendly and straight talking, I guide you through the process of writing these vital documents every step of the way. I combine my legal knowledge with life experience. I have seen first-hand the devastation and heart break caused to families when there are no Lasting Powers of Attorney in place or they have been badly drafted. Married with twin boys I appreciate the tensions that can exist between family members. I also have practical experience of acting as an Attorney. My mother, under her Lasting Power of Attorney appointed me as one of her Attorney’s which meant that as her dementia advanced I along with my sister could still make important decisions regarding her financial matters.
