I’m Jane Wintringham and I help women over 50 years write their Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills.
I visit my Yorkshire clients in their own home, office or even a local cafe at a time that suits them. I also conduct interviews via video if that suits you better. I combine my legal knowledge with life experience. Married with twin boys I appreciate the tensions that can exist between gifts to first family and second family members. My mother, under her Lasting Power of Attorney appointed me as one of her Attorney’s which meant that as her dementia advanced I along with my sister could still make important decisions regarding her financial matters.
